1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, the content of your inquiry and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.

Emails and calls. If you email or call us, we receive your contact details and anything you tell us.

Website usage. Only if you accept analytics cookies, we collect information about how you use the website (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling). See section 6.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

  • To reply to your inquiry and take steps you request before a possible agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To keep records of our communications and protect our legal rights (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To understand and improve how the website is used, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Who receives your data

We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and our communications, under contracts that protect your data:

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
